Q: What condition are the items in?
A: Items sold through Bin4More vary by condition and are always listed with clear photos showing the exact item being sold.
Conditions may include Sealed, New, Used Like New (ULN), cosmetic damage such as dents or scratches, partial items, or salvage. Any visible wear, missing components, or packaging differences are shown in the product images and, when necessary, additional inspection photos.

Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Simply browse our inventory on bin4more.ca, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose local pickup or nationwide delivery during checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer for online orders. In-person pickups can also be paid via card or cash at our Oakville hub.
Q: Can I pick up my order or have it shipped?
A: Yes! You can pick up your order from our Oakville warehouse or request shipping if you need delivery. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with the shipping quote based on the item’s size, weight, and location. Shipping is confirmed only after customer approval.
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: We stand by honesty and transparency. Because our products come from liquidation and overstock sources, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are only accepted in the following cases:
If the item does not match the description or photos provided.
For electronics, if the item is found defective within 3 days of pickup or delivery.
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us right away if there’s any issue — our team will gladly review and assist with a fair resolution.
