Refund & Returns Policy
Because our inventory consists of liquidation, overstock, and open-box products, availability is limited and prices are already heavily discounted. Therefore, most sales are final — with exceptions for defective or misrepresented items.

Refund and Returns Policy Overview
We stand by transparency and fairness. Every item is inspected, photographed, and described before listing. If something doesn't match what was described, we'll make it right.
Electronics Returns
Electronics may be returned within 3 days of pickup or delivery only if the item is not working or is defective. After 3 days, all electronics sales are final.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories and packaging.
Other Products
Non-electronic products may be returned only if the physical condition does not match the description or listing photos.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Packaging damage (cosmetic box damage is expected with liquidation goods)
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Sizing issues
Refund Eligibility & Process
- Refunds cover the item price + applicable taxes
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless Bin4more is at fault
- Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of inspection
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Store credit may be issued for cash or eTransfer payments
Important
- All return requests must be made within 3 days of pickup or delivery
- We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund
- Store credit may be issued for certain approved returns
