These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all platforms operated by 4More Inc. ("4More", "we", "us"), including 4more.ca, pay.4more.ca, bin.4more.ca, bid.4more.ca, and fix.4more.ca. By using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any 4More platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bin4more — Daily Price Drop Model

Bin4more sells liquidation items using a daily price-drop model. Prices decrease each day of the weekly cycle. All items are first-come, first-served in-store.

3. Product Listings & Disclosures

All products are liquidation, overstock, returned, or open-box goods graded using our Grade Guide. Items are inspected and graded before being placed in bins.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Return Policy. Grade A and B items come with a 3-day return window. Grade C and D items are sold as-is.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4More Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
